The previous captures in misc were thought to be for a random cheap fog machine. I have the tx and tx devices in hand and checked against all know fog machine manufacturers.
They all include this device.

Bruteforce loop of Restaurant IDs 1-12 only (I think this may be all you need) and Pager ID 0 (all pagers) for more than 5 minutes so Flipper can be left in pocket without looking sus and wander around a bit to make sure larger waiting areas can be covered.
