This will generate a Flipper NFC file that will visit a URL when scanned. This is a 5 min hack, No Guarantees!
Use: python3 gen_url_nfc.py https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ "Rick Roll". > rickroll.nfc
Requires: ndeflib with pip install ndeflib
