Added .sub for LiftMaster garage port (433MHz)
...
I believe the LiftMaster ports all operate with the 433MHz frequency and do not use rolling code.
This .sub should open most (if not all) LiftMaster ports if my theory is correct.
Worked fine on my garage port at least.
