The top bar contains:

* The [[Client Modes]] selector
* The home button, navigating to your [[Index Page]]
* [[Page Picker]]
* [[Command Palette]]

In addition the top bar color indicates the current online status (when the client is in [[Client Modes$sync|sync mode]]):

* **Gray** indicates SilverBullet is connected to the server
* **Yellow** indicates not having a server connection
