Fix homepage accuracy, add ko-fi link, restore gist shortcode

- Drop stale 'Rocky Linux' now-card; add Fedora/RISC-V in its place
- Update hero contact handle @NeilHanlon -> @shrug.pw (bsky)
- Add static ko-fi footer link (no overlay/popup)
- Local gist shortcode to replace deprecated built-in
